Your Nightly Prayer 🙏🏾 Galatians 2:20
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”

DEVOTION
Based on Galatians 2
This verse captures the essence of the Christian life—dying to self and living through Christ. When we accept Jesus, our old ways, desires, and self-reliance are crucified with Him. We are no longer defined by sin but by Christ’s presence within us. His love and sacrifice empower us to live by faith, not by our own strength.
Living in Christ means surrendering control, allowing Him to shape our thoughts, actions, and purpose. It’s a daily commitment to walk in faith, trusting that His love is enough to sustain us.
Take a moment tonight to reflect on what it means to live for Christ. Breathe out self-reliance, and breathe in the power of His presence. Ask Him to guide your heart and lead you into a life fully surrendered to Him.

SUPPLICATION: Father, help me to die to myself daily so that Christ may live through me. Strengthen my faith, align my desires with Yours, and let my life reflect Your love. Teach me to trust in Your power and not my own, living each day by faith in Your Son.

Dear Lord, You have graciously saved me by Your grace alone. Through faith in the life and death of Jesus, I am alive in Him. What an incredible gift it is to be united with You! I can truly say that I no longer live according to my own will, but instead live for You. To strive for Your will above all else, and to love others as You have loved me. To be obedient to Your teachings and not be swayed by temptation or enticed by the world. For this I am eternally grateful, for the power of Your Holy Spirit fills my soul and guides me in living a life devoted to You. May my thoughts, words, and actions honor You and be examples of Your will. In Jesus' Name I pray. Amen. 🙏🏾
