Have you ever fueled for an endurance event for longer than 4 hours? Fueling is important when going the distance. About 17% of athletes during this event DNF'd likely related to lack of fueling/hydration due to the hot weather.

In this episode, I discuss how I planned out my fueling and hydration plan, the sports recommendations for fueling an endurance event >2.5 hours and the possible mistakes I made.
