Here in the west, we are all bombarded with messages that in order to succeed, in order to get what we want out of life, we have to fill our days with tasks and continuously DO in order to reap the rewards we deserve. Unfortunately, the cost of this way of living sacrifices our state of our being, and is at the expense of any fun or pleasure.
