Eric Bienimey has had great success in past years as an assistant coach both with the Vikings and Chiefs.  As a RB's coach from '06-'10 with the Vikings his rushing attack finished 17th, 1st, 5th, 13th and 10th.  Now he had Adrian Peterson but he certainly developed the offense to his strength.

As RB's coach for the Chiefs from '13-'17 his rushing attack finished 10th, 10th, 6th, 15th and 9th.  That's with guys like Charkandrick West, Spencer Ware etc.  And of course as the OC with the Chiefs (and Patrick Mahomes) the offense finished 1st, 6th, 1st, 3rd and 1st.
