Grief is something that I absolutely love.
I love grief. I said that in front of over 100 students and they looked at me with eyes wide open.
Because grief is typically not something we celebrate or love.
However, in grief there is so much power.
Affirmation: I know that grief is a very human experience and I know I am allowed to sit in it.
