Paddy Holohan is the manager at Supervalu supermarket, in Greystones, Co. Wicklow.

He is a well respected community man with a love for the outdoor and fitness.

Fitness wasn't always Paddy's top priority but over the last number of years he has completely changed his ways.

He has completed a number of triathlons, marathons and multiple endurance events.

He also coaches in Eir Og, GAA club in Greystones.
