Your Nightly Prayer 🙏🏾 2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

DEVOTION
Based on 2 Timothy 1
This verse reminds us that fear is not from God. He has given us His Spirit, which empowers us with courage, love, and clear thinking. Fear can paralyze us, cloud our judgment, and keep us from stepping into the life God has for us. But through the Holy Spirit, we are equipped with strength, compassion, and wisdom.
When fear creeps in, we can stand firm, knowing God’s power is greater. His love casts out fear, and His Spirit calms our minds. We are not left to battle fear alone—God gives us everything we need to walk in faith and confidence.
Take a moment tonight to release any fear or anxiety. Breathe out worry, and breathe in God’s power and peace. Ask Him to help you live with boldness, love, and a sound mind.

CONFESSION: Reflect when fear has held you back or clouded your thinking. Confess those moments and ask God to fill you with His Spirit.

Grant us the resolve and courage to pursue our dreams, no matter how difficult they may be. Help us stay determined in the face of opposition as we press on towards greatness with a clear mind. We thank You for Your strength and power that allow us to journey forward, even when it seems impossible. May we take courage in You and never forget who we are and Whose we are. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏾
