I am so happy to share this special episode with you. Today you get to meet my incredibly cool and inspiring friend Jessy, and hear an amazing story of resilience.

Jessy is a motocross mama who endured a traumatic brain injury a few years ago, and is now learning to live in total freedom within her new reality. Her life has completely changed since her accident, but as you’ll hear in our conversation, Jessy lives with an incredible attitude and outlook. She is a beautiful example of someone moving through the world with purpose and intention, and offers us so much wisdom on advocating for yourself and living life fully alive.
