This week's episode is the cold case murder of Lieutenant Joe Clark. One night in 1981, Joe was grabbing a snack in the Kitchen and was shot in the head through a kitchen window.  At the time Joe was investigating the war on drugs and had a lot of enemies.  The town was rattled by the case and there were plenty of suspects.
