We can all get down on ourselves, in a funk, made to feel ike sh*t... but there are some easy ways that we can do things for ourselves to alleviate that.
I give you 5 tips of ways to feel like yourself again. These are things that you already do, or have to do, but paying attention to them or adding a few in can make you feel like the goddamn boss you are. It is NORMAL to have off days, or down time, but hopefully with these 5 things you can start finding your way back to your best self again.
