Do you practice a morning routine? 

Do you practice consistently?  

I didn't understand or realize the magnitude of how much a morning routine could not only change your day, but totally change your life! 

 Before I realized and learned that morning routines are the anchors of your day, I would literally get up exactly when I needed to (well lets be honest about 5 snoozes later).

I would rush out of bed, do enough to look presentable, get dressed, grab my coffee and out the door like a tornado. 

Funny enough, my day always felt like a tornado too.   

I would come home exhausted, drink some wine and have dinner, stay up late to "unwind" and then started the madness all over again.   

I then began to connect the dots. 

On the days that I happened to be up earlier than normal and was able to just sit on the couch and have coffee in complete silence, no cell phone, no tv, total darkness, all cuddled up and comfy, were the days that I was at my absolute best. 

I was more focused, energized, my mood was boosted, I was motivated, happier, and way more productive. 

 I absolutely crushed my goals and felt soooo good on those days. 

 Fast forward to now- I (almost) always practice my morning routine everyday, and I get excited to do so!

  Trust me, I have tried and failed and tried and failed- it takes time, patience and practice. 

 After reading and researching many other successful entrepreneurs morning routine, I was able to create my own according to my life and what fits in with my habits, my goals and my time.  

In today's episode I explain to you the 3 KEY things you need in order to build a fail proof morning routine. 

One you can actually stick to, one you are excited about & one that builds confidence, resilience and your faith every day-all day. 

I also share with you something I teach in my 6 week personal development course; My VERY OWN morning routine that I developed for myself - after many attempts and adjustments and research.

 A- Awaken with the Lord 

C- Create you care 

T- Teach yourself something new

S- State your day
