Hello!
One of the greatest ways to live a more mindful life is to ask for help. Any adult can tell you that this life is full of challenges and problems that we must solve in order to move forward in life but many a times, we cannot solve these problems alone and those could be for a number fo reasons ranging from lack of knowledge, narrow perspectives, ego and or simply access to resources. However, in today's hyperconnected world, where information is overly easily available, have we noticed that we still don't have the answers to those problems? Well thats because we are flooded with misinformation that appears to be as genuine as information itself and in fact its even more compelling. Hence, many of us use google than ask an expert and soon realise that we haven't got anywhere or even too far with those solutions especially ones that are life-building skills.
An article for example cannot necessarily tell you how to say sorry to your girlfriend or boss and neither can an expert give you blanket medical solutions for your specific problems.
Hence, the age-old remedy to ask the right person or expert for help remains the primary source to uncover and unravel solutions you alone could have not known or thought of otherwise ...
This episode will hence cover, which areas usually do we need help in, why do not ask for help, why its important to and how to ask for help.
