In this episode of The Golden Chronicles, we’re talking about assumptions: the stories we make up when we don’t have all the information.

We get into the funny, familiar, and sometimes uncomfortable ways assumptions show up in everyday life, from text messages and tone to family dynamics, work conversations, relationships, and even the assumptions we make about ourselves.

We also talk about when assumptions are not necessarily wrong, why our brains love to fill in the blanks, and how a little curiosity can keep us from reacting to a whole story we created in our own heads.
