A hot topic that I've been having with many lately and it hurts my heart to know so many are struggling. These are the 5 phases of burnout that I'd love to hear where you're at or feel. 1. Honeymoon- something new in life that causes great excitement. 2. Onset of Stress- start to lose focus, tired, productivity drops and those exciting habits start to drift. 3. Chronic Stress- your work,health and relationships start to negatively be affected. 4. Burnout- affects your behavior, health and overall happiness. 5. Habitual Burnout- repetitive patterns and could lead to anxiety, depression and well being. I'm sure at one point or another you have experienced these phases or perhaps you're there now.
