Thimela Garcia, better known as Chakra Mama Healing, is a RYT 200 Kundalini and Hatha Yoga teacher member of the Yoga Alliance, author of the Godsfield Companion Book of Chakras.

Thimela is also an experienced and accredited Holistic Therapist member of BABTAC who offers a wide range of ancient practices such as Reiki, EFT, Sacred Sound, Kundalini and Hatha Yoga promoting well-being. She's a passionate therapist dedicated to helping clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. She loves empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.
