Episode thirteen of The Assemblage Wine Podcast features a Culinary Institute of America graduate turned Sommelier and YouTube host, Junxi Chen. Jun has worked at highly regarded restaurants Masa and Kappo Masa in New York City. During the pandemic, his girlfriend and him started Happy Little Gatherings which is a company that does small private dinners as well as wine and beer tastings. Also, Jun and his friend from high school reconnected and started a YouTube channel called Jun & Juice.
