Episode 13. Lose weight without dieting

In this episode, we discuss bad advice from a gym manager, who is not qualified to give such advice. 'Lose weight without dieting' does not make sense. You will need to modify your nutrition slightly to get into a calorie deficit. How you go about it - is individual. 

Here is his advice (we recommend against it):

Eat breakfast every day

Close the kitchen at night 

Choose liquid calories wisely

Go for the grain

Eat more vegetables and fruit

Trim portions

Have protein at every meal and snack

Exercise at least 3 times per week
