How have health services adapted their social media during the pandemic? We spoke to Muiriosa Ryan, the Social Media Manager at Health Service Executive (HSE) to find out. 

Having worked with HSE for a number of years Muiriosa reflects on the things her social media team needed to scale up their response in such a critical time for the service and how public sector communications have adapted to incorporate social media into their work. 

Health Service Executive is the publicly funded healthcare system in the Republic of Ireland, responsible for the provision of health and personal social services. It came into operation on 1 January 2005.
