I’m back from vacation from Jamaica — this was created wayyyy before that! My cognitive dysfunction is showing or I just needed a break. This episode talks about hair! This is a segment that is near and dear to my heart because I feel that how I wear my hair is how I’ve felt and identified. Through locing my daughters hair with my prima hermana and cutting all of my own hair I’ve learned to love the process, the progress and when you love yourself within the hair on the outside feels good and exuded that energy.
