Dr Mahmud had the pleasure of meeting AJ Pingram, ex-military, gold medal winner in the Invictus games. AJ talks about his incredible journey that took him being part of the Invictus games.  He describes what has helped him be more productive on a daily basis, and how he uses a “tool kit” of knowledge gained from going to pain management that he dips in to as he needs to.
