Do you self-sabotage your weight loss efforts? I view self-sabotage as a band-aid for uncomfortable moments in our lives.
Although it may solve an immediate problem of anxiousness, boredom, or stress, it creates problems on the back end: it interferes with our long-term goal of weight loss and robs us of living our best self and showing up the way we dream.
