When we fail to evaluate the reason we want children, we fail the children and the consciousness we bring forth. We neither can predict nor guarantee the quality of life our offspring will have, even if all the perceived needs or wants are met. I read Joy William's essay "The Case Against Babies." And I want to stress that I'm antinatalist for my own personal reasons and do not judge people for their beliefs or choices. I'm fully aware we all have our own journey in this life and I do not have answers for anyone but myself - and sometimes not even that. I put this podcast out into the ether in hopes it reaches those who need to hear it and misses those who do not.
