I'm Andy Harris. A few years ago, my life fell apart. I was divorced, 351 pounds, drowning in shame, and numbing myself with food, porn, and alcohol. I thought I was too far gone. But Jesus met me in my brokenness and showed me that true freedom comes when you stop trying to control everything and fully surrender to Him.

And I'm joined by my co-host, Dan Cox, a husband, father of five, and business owner who's story is different than mine, but has led him to the same place of surrender and obedience to Christ. He has a passion to stop seeing men withdraw and choose intentionally to be vulnerable and walk the path Christ intended.
