Hello lovelies! In this week’s episode, I am having a long-awaited conversation with Bryant Buntin of the Instagram platform Sophisticated Arrogance. Bryant’s platform give advice and insight into all things dating and relationships (and just life!) to men of all ages. He has his share of female followers as well. I’ve been trying to get him on the show to discuss his thoughts on the state of dating and relationships now. Take a listen as we explore what’s really going on between men and women in 2021.

Bryant’s bio:

He’s not a relationship coach. He’s not a therapist. He’s not a psychologist (well he is kinda of). Bryant A. Buntin is just a man in his 40s who has experience when it comes to dealing with women and has chosen to share these experiences and lessons learned with other men. Hailing from Brooklyn NY, and now residing in Orlando Florida, Bryant created Sophisticated Arrogance because he wanted to be a mentor to other men. He’s made a lot of mistakes in the past and he wants others to learn from them. The goal is to help men create relationship boundaries while respecting women and ultimately equipping them with the tools to have healthy and productive relationships. And yes, he is educated, holding a dual bachelor’s in Psychology and Philosophy, and a Masters in Public Health.
