Have you ever heard a quote or someone share something in a presentation, podcast or conversation that felt SO incredibly profound? Like the message was meant for you, at that exact moment and was inevitably something you were meant to hear?

That happened to me last week at my business mentorship event, surrounded by dozens of amazing mission-driven entrepreneurs and led by the incredible AJ and Rory Vaden of Brand Builders Group. I learned so much about myself by stepping out of my comfort zone and doing hard things. Beyond that, I learned even more from the other business owners in the room, doing amazing things in the world, all at different stages of life and business.

At one point in our meetings - AJ shared one of the most profound messages I've heard up to this point along my entrepreneurial journey...."When it comes to building a brand and sharing your mission with the world - it's NOT about being front and center. It's about being front and serving." A mantra I will hold on to for forever as I continue along the journey of how to best serve women and families on their path to wellness.
