Welcome to What The Heck season 4! This podcast explores unexplained phenomena using stories gathered from various sources, then applies an academic research method to find theories and solutions for each one. So far, we've been unsuccessful in finding any concrete answers, but a few of the stories we've covered have been solved. This week, is opening week and we're looking at ghosts! We're 6 days in, and looking at haunted places from around the world! Today, we're off to Gloucestershire, England, to take a look at the Ancient Ram Inn. Believed to be the most haunted building in Britain, this building is believed to have been built in 1145. The details of its history are quite scarce, but Ley Lines play a role in its haunting. Several ghosts have been seen here, but there's more than meets the eye. What was the building used for? What was discovered when they analysed building materials? What was found at the bottom of the basement stairs? Listen in to hear all the theories!
