We look at rules vs. rituals, and the importance of how rest fits into the whole picture as we head into a new year. We ask, how can we move out of 2020 and into 2021 in a way that feels the most honest and kind and true to ourselves? How do we maintain and hold onto who we are in this next season? What was 2020 like for you? 

Join me in an exercise as we scan through the months and ask ourselves the good/hard questions. What do you need to leave in 2020? And what do you need for 2021? This special new years episode isn’t about hustling harder or setting strict rules for ourselves, but rather, about moving through our lives in the most beautiful, loving and free way we that can. We get to choose.
