We’re back! Welcome to the first episode of Trailercast in 2021.
We did it. We made it to the new year.
Last week I reached out to my Instagram community and asked “What would you like more of in 2021?” and one theme that came up time and time again was friendship. Adult friendships. How to make new friends as adults, how to navigate tricky friendship dynamics as adults, and to nourish and care for adult friendships, when there are so many more demands on our time than there was when we were younger.
So in this episode, as a fellow sojourner,  I touch on just that! And not only I dive into the topic of friendship, I also do some checking-in, reflecting, dreaming and offer a bit of encouragement as we step into this new season.
