We headed out to the Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Halethorpe, Md to meet up with Hollie Stephenson (head brewer) and Sean Brennan (Senior Brewer). Topics discussed were how each of them got into brewing, barrel aging beer, what Guinness has coming, and of course Chris made them try some Beach Drink.
