Teni and I both take a moment to embody what was coming up in our heart chakras and integrate with each other (+ you all) about our fathers passing since it's a trauma we have in common, something that was coming up for both of us in the previous podcast that we both wished to honor.

 So in this episode, we talk about grieving processing death, integrating, and having compassion for yourself through it all.
