Week 8 brought us seven, 5-set decisions with five of those happening on Saturday night 2/26. Grand Canyon of the MPSF won their first ever match at Smith Fieldhouse, then did it again 2 nights later. #5 USC and #7 Pepperdine had great battles, and there is no doubt they will see each other in the Conference Tournament in a heated battle. The MIVA is well, getting complicated. Multiple teams are vying for the top spot while Penn St. was pressed by NJIT.
