This week i tread water and try not to dig myself a hole as i talk about how it's actually quite hard to diversify the content you intake and how if you consider the media and art you consume you may find it's coming from a lot of the same sources.

So it is ever important not only for platforms to highlight more marginalized cultures and backgrounds but for each of us to make our own effort to find that work!
