Gulf Breeze Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a collaborative effort between the Multi times IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) World Champion Chico Mendes spread the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Lifestyle and change people's life. The vision for the school is to offer World Class Instruction in a traditional concept that focuses solely on real Jiu-Jitsu in a community-oriented environment to members of all ages and skill levels.

Chico joins us to discuss his journey through becoming a world-class blackbelt; his travels, trials, and experiences studying with and working alongside other legends of BJJ; and the universal lessons that can be learned from this incredible martial art.
