My guest on this episode is Christopher Smith who, in the 1990s and early 2000’s ran and operated Redwood Records, a record label that was everything great about independent record labels.

As a musician Christopher played with several bands including hardcore supergroup Amendment Eighteen, a band made up of guys from such Orange County hardcore legends as Outspoken, Insted and Chorus of Disapproval.

We talked for a long time and there was simply too much good content for me to edit this down to a manageable 1 hour podcast. So, this will be broken into two parts, today being part one.
