Episode 14 brings in Dan Reilly, NJIT Men's volleyball assitant coach. NJIT, New Jersey Institute of Technology, is a program in the EIVA with a strong squad together for this 2021 season. Dan explains how he got into volleyball. He also dives into how he got into coaching such a high level with not plying that long.
