Dee's story starts from a confusing childhood with bullying and challenging family dynamics which resulted in low-self esteem. Dee shares the story of what it was like to feel unloved, unworthy and unwanted. Dee talks about addiction and coping with toxic relationships and numerous losses, suicidal thoughts, self harm,as well as physical and emotional trauma that may last a lifetime. 

Dee and I discusses the the stages of resolving trauma, choosing hope and faith and building a foundation of self assurance and love.
