It is 1975. An 11-year-old boy and his family are in the middle of chaos during the Vietnam War. The last thing you can imagine is this little boy being put on a plane, without his mother and siblings, to begin a long journey. A journey that brings us all the way to 2019, Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
We’re in the midst of Season 2 of the podcast and this season is all about Journeys – the different life journeys we encounter.
On this episode, we’re talking about gratitude – we’re looking at how choosing thankfulness affects your life and the lives of those around you. And let me tell ya….I have a special treat for you!
My guest today is that 11-year-old boy – Mr. Hung Le. He is the Associate Vice President and Registrar at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. I can promise you this: his journey is one of gratitude, and the strength to love God… again. I’m thrilled to share Part 1 of this interview with you because Hung Le is one of the deepest, most insightful individuals I know.
