Are you dreading the holidays?

I know sometimes we think, "oh I have to see that odd ball family member that has such weird views and if I have to listen to them again..."

Let's turn that on its head and get intentional about how we roll into the holidays.

This week on the On Fire Empire Podcast, I am discussing Quiet Quitting, a new trend that has been in the news since summer 2022. It all started with a seventeen second video on Tik Tok. (I know right!?)

Simply, Quiet Quitting is when someone is not outright quitting their job, but they are quitting the idea of going above and beyond; still performing their duties, only doing the bare minimum.

We cannot let this trend invite scarcity into our lives and businesses.
