Wooo!! The last few weeks have been TRANSFORMATIONAL!!!!
We have been diving into such an amazing topic and have really been diving deep into our habits and how they are serving us!
As we continue our journey of exploring our habits and discovering if what we practice on the daily is propelling us into the life we want or holding us back and keeping us stuck in the life we have, I want to bring a new narrative to the conversation surrounding habits.
The things we say, and the thoughts we have are HABITUAL aka HABITS
YASSSS- What comes out of our mouths, is what lies truly in our hearts!
The negative thinking, the constant shaming or negative self talk- that is a habit and guess what? The more we practice it, the more it progresses.
BUT BEFORE YOU FREAK OUT! I have great news.
The same goes for POSITIVE thoughts and self talk!
Trust me, I know firsthand how it is almost physically hard to get positive words about yourself to come out ya mouth, but the more you practice it, the more it progresses, and little by little, you start to replace your negative default state into a positive one!
And then????
Confidence blossoms, resilience takes root, and transformation breaks through.
Words affect our relationships, to each other, and to ourselves.
Is what you are speaking bringing your relationships closer together or separating you?
When you are unfulfilled, unhappy, insecure, mad, angry, frustrated- you grumble, you complain, you judge, you are negative, you are ungrateful. UGH can you feel it? It’s such a heavy, gross feeling.
But when you are content, grateful, happy, fulfilled, confident, clear - you speak with peace, love, joy, compassion, and kindness- ahhhh now that's better.
Want to change your words? You need to change your heart.

“Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks”
