Here is an interview with one of the most influential people in my life, my friend Cat de Rham.

In order for our dogs to be healthy, they need us to be well and mobile, and this is why my website is not just about dogs. Also, Cat has now created hundreds of yoga classes that are available for free on YouTube (link is listed below).
