I got to chat with Mike Salemi  about the often forgotten simple tools that enhance our lifestyle and create a balance in our yin-yang work-in/work-out ⚖️  

Mike is a former elite powerlifter and competitive kettlebell Sport athlete, he learned through the pain teacher to slow things down and adapt his lifestyle in a way that keeps his vitality and recovery without necessary compromising much on his performance.  

We ended our discussion with the importance of adapting to our environment as opposed to sticking to dogmas that our not serving us anymore.
