Today, I talk about my personal experience of presenting my suffering through Bearing Gifts to the Feast. This presentation gave me the opportunity to finally own and accept my suffering, my trauma. I shared my journal entries from 2018 that revealed my mindset in owning my suffering. I even had the original audio recording of my presentation that I was able to include in this episode!
