Happy New Year!

As a new year begins, I invite you to meditate with me for a few minutes- hold off a moment before you race and rush with setting goals and adding more. 

See this as a period of transition, a chance to catch your breath and take stock of your feelings.

 Sitting with our feelings can be one of the most challenging things we can do, as often it gives a space for things to arise that we have been avoiding.

It is learning to witness these feelings and sensations, allowing discomfort and not trying to force or fix.

I hope you enjoy and remember to go gentle. Now is not the time to be rushing and racing ahead.
