Our gut is like our second brain, meaning that our mental health has a lot to do with our gut health. This includes what we eat, how much healthy gut bacteria we have, how much stress we are under and so much more! Having things moving "smoothly" makes all the difference in how we feel, how we react, think and respond. 
I struggled with gut health and how much or how little I was pooping. Two years ago that all changed and I now drink this smoothie atleast 3 times a week!
