In part one we talk about our career paths, the importance of building relationships with kids in a school setting and why it’s important for classroom management, challenges facing kids that are far greater than some can imagine, instant gratification and lack of social interactions with today's children, the ideal staffing needed for running a classroom in 2025, recognizing kids that are flying under the radar, the need for teachers to call home when something GOOD happens, and school staff taking the emotion out of their response when a child is dysregulated.
