This is a tough subject. Interpersonal relationships, we need to communicate better and the generations need to pull together unlike any other time. We can't let Gen Y and Z keep the bad rap the Boomers and Gen X have labeled them with. In the words of Billy Joel "We Didn't Start the Fire" and in this case any problems you think Gen Y or Gen Z have where do you think they got it from. Listen to this podcast and then listen to someone from a different generation other than yours, try to understand where they are coming from and remember to communicate with R-E-S-P-E-C-T.
