This is a tough subject. Interpersonal relationships, we need to communicate better and the generations need to pull together unlike any other time. We can't let Gen Y and Z keep the bad rap the Boomers and Gen X have labeled them with. In the words of Billy Joel "We Didn't Start the Fire" and in this case any problems you think Gen Y or Gen Z have where do you think they got it from. Listen to this podcast and then listen to someone from a different generation other than yours, try to understand where they are coming from and remember to communicate with R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

It is New Years or at least that is what we are talking about. Do you go out and party for New Years?  Do you have a party at home? Do you stay home alone and watch the specials leading up to the Ball Drop? Or do go to sleep because it's just another day? Whatever you do/did I hope last year was good and this year is great and may all your dreams for this year come true....Happy New Year

It's Christmas time ..... Twas the weeks before Christmas and here at XYZ, we are getting Christmas spirit even though there's no tree. No Stockings, No Kids No wife in the bed. Just  three great friends laughing, till we are all almost dead. We talk about holiday music and movies as well, when somewhere on Bekah's head I start hearing bells. I think this episode got me in the Christmas mood now I'll head to the Kitchen and make Holiday Food. Merry Christmas!

Well this is an interesting one.
