Reality tv is a mark of our generation. It's fascinating to know what is going on in the lives of others. Many are addicted to keeping up with "reality". But the reality God wants us to look at is what is playing within. What is the programming we are scripting? How are we talking to ourselves, thinking about others, nursing and rehearsing our fears? This is exercise 2 in a series of exercises to review our fears with God's help and reposition by faith for victory. So take some time, sit with God, press in for breakthrough.
