A guy walks into a fishing access site...

Sounds like the start of a joke, but this time it's the start of a podcast topic.  Rebecca and Shannon are chatting with Dave Hagengruber of Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks about the newly enacted Conservation License that's required to access most state lands. 

As of July 1, 2023, anyone 12 years and older needs a Conservation License to recreate at fishing access sites, wildlife managment areas, wildlife habitat protection areas, and Montana state trust land.
