Jose Garza was headed down to the garage to grab an Ice Cream bar for his wife Nicole after a late-night romp in the bedroom.  He walked in to the garage to be shot at by an intruder.  Authorities thought this may have been a result of Jose and Nicole's as a DA and Divorce Attorney respectively.
